Two of our 2024 productions that transferred to London, plus a supporting actor, have received Olivier Awards nominations.
Since 1976, the Olivier Awards has celebrated the best of London theatre, and remain one of theatre’s most prestigious stage honours.
We are therefore delighted that Kyoto and English, both of which had their European premieres in Stratford-upon-Avon in 2024 before transferring to London, have received nominations for this year's awards.
The nominations include:
BEST NEW PLAY
Kyoto by Joe Murphy and Joe Robertson, co-produced with Good Chance, Rachel Styne and Jessica Foung at @sohoplace.
BEST ACTOR IN A SUPPORTING ROLE
Jorge Bosche, who plays Raúl Estrada-Oyuela in Kyoto, co-produced with Good Chance, Rachel Styne and Jessica Foung at @sohoplace.
BEST NEW PRODUCTION IN AN AFFILIATE THEATRE
English by Sanaz Toossi, at Kiln Theatre.
