DISCOVER SHAKESPEARE TRAIL

Explore our buildings to find six stations to discover more about Shakespeare, the plays he wrote, and the worlds we create on stage this spring and summer at the RSC.

Each station features props from our past shows, used on stage to help create the world of the play - you might even recognise a particularly famous pair of ears!

At each station you will find a question to get you thinking a little more about Shakespeare's world and the worlds in his plays. If you’d like to write or draw your answers, feel free to borrow a clipboard, paper and pencil from the Welcome desk in the entrance, or from The Welcome Space in the PACCAR Room on Level 2. This is also where you can collect your leaflet with the trail map.

The trail will take around 30 minutes to complete and you can complete it in any order you choose. Make sure to to visit the The Welcome Space when you're finished to take part in a self-led activity to design your very own Playful Prop!
