Oliver also works as a director and theatre practitioner, which includes projects for the RSC, Belmond British Pullman/Private Drama Events, Shakespeare's Globe, Barn Theatre Cirencester, Chichester Festival Theatre and Vienna's English Theatre. In 2018 Oliver co-founded a new theatre and arts space in South West London: Streatham Space Project.
